Refunds and Disputes

We get it, sometimes things don’t go as planned. We want you to shop with confidence! That’s why we offer a Money Back Guarantee on eligible orders.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are only processed once your dispute has been reviewed and approved.
  • Most refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Refund timelines depend on your bank and payment method provider (Payfast or Float).

When You Can Request a Refund:

  • You didn’t receive your order.
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product is not as described by the vendor.

How It Works:

  • Submit a Refund Request:
    Email support@bizzmed.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
    Include your order number, details of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
  • Vendor Review:
    We’ll notify the vendor and they have 3 business days to respond.
  • Refund Decision:
    If the vendor agrees we’ll process your refund.

How Refunds Are Paid:

  • Refunds are usually returned via your original payment method (Payfast or Float).
  • Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

How Refunds Are Paid:

  • Refunds aren’t guaranteed for items marked as non-refundable (clearly noted on product pages).
  • Disputes raised outside of the 7-day window may not be eligible.
