Our Marketplace Structure

BizzMed (Pty) Ltd operates as an online marketplace. This means products are sold and shipped by independent vendors listed on our platform.

Each vendor is responsible for their own return and refund terms. However, we require all vendors to comply with South African Consumer Protection Laws.

General Refund Guidelines

You may request a refund or return under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, expired, or not as described.
  • The incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product was not delivered within a reasonable time.

Refund Window

Refund or return requests must be submitted:

  • Within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Within 14 days of order placement if delivery has not occurred.

Important: Certain items like sterile medical supplies, opened consumables, or personal hygiene products may not qualify for returns due to health and safety regulations, unless defective or damaged.

Refund Process

Email us at admin@bizzmed.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and assist in coordinating with the vendor.

Once approved, your refund will be processed in 7–14 business days via your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be declined if:

  • The product has been used (unless defective).
  • The product is damaged by misuse or negligence.
  • The return window has expired.
  • The product is exempt due to health and safety restrictions.

Delivery Fees

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, you must follow the refund process outlined above.
