Here’s What to Do
Take clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging it arrived in
- The shipping label (if visible)
- Visit your Order Dashboard.
- Select the affected order and click Report an Issue.
- Upload the photos and describe the damage.
What Happens Next
- The vendor will review your report within 3 business days.
- You’ll be notified of the outcome and the next steps.
- If approved, you may receive a replacement, a return label, or a refund, depending on the situation.
Important
All damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
