What if my order is damaged?

We understand how frustrating it is to receive a damaged product.

Here’s What to Do

Take clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging it arrived in
  • The shipping label (if visible)
  1. Visit your Order Dashboard.
  2. Select the affected order and click Report an Issue.
  3. Upload the photos and describe the damage.

What Happens Next

  • The vendor will review your report within 3 business days.
  • You’ll be notified of the outcome and the next steps.
  • If approved, you may receive a replacement, a return label, or a refund, depending on the situation.

Important

All damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
