Medical Bed Rentals

In addition to the general Terms of Use, the following conditions apply specifically to the rental of medical beds through Bizzmed (Pty) Ltd:

1. Collection and Delivery: Medical beds rented from us will be scheduled for collection within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours after we receive official notification from you requesting collection. Collections will only be carried out on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

2. Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for notifying us in writing (via email or any other official communication channel designated by Bizzmed) when a medical bed is ready for collection. Failure to provide timely notification may result in additional rental charges.

3. Access for Collection: You must ensure that our collection team has safe and reasonable access to the premises for pickup. If access is not possible at the agreed time, an additional call-out or rescheduling fee may be charged.

4. Condition of Equipment: Beds must be returned in the same condition as delivered, subject to fair wear and tear. You are liable for any damage, loss, or misuse of the medical bed during the rental period.

5. Liability Disclaimer: Bizzmed shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of rented medical beds. It remains your responsibility to ensure appropriate and safe use of the equipment.
