How to Start a Return

1. Visit your Order Dashboard.
2. Select the order you wish to return.
3. Click Request Return and follow the prompts.

Important to Know

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Some items may be marked non-returnable, this will be clearly shown on the product page.

Return Review Process
Once you submit your return request:

• The vendor will review it within 3 business days.
• You’ll be notified of the outcome by email.

If approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps for returning your product.

Refunds
Refunds are usually processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Funds are returned to your original payment method, following our Money Back Policy.
