How to Cancel Your Order
- Go to your Order Dashboard.
- Select the order you’d like to cancel.
- Click Request Cancellation and follow the prompts.
Important to Know
You can only cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped by the vendor.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you may still request a return once it arrives.
If your order has already been shipped and cannot be cancelled in time,
any return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
We always recommend cancelling early, before the order is processed to avoid extra shipping fees.
