How to Cancel Your Order
If you need to cancel, please act quickly.
- Go to your Order Dashboard.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click Request Cancellation.
Important to Know
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed by the vendor.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still request a return or refund after delivery, if eligible.
